Consultation
Let’s sit down one-on-one either in person or online and see if this is a good fit. In this time we will discuss what brought you to us, ways in which we can work together, and a plan forward. This is a no pressure environment that is completely free and we may even find out that this isn’t a good fit and that’s totally ok too! 1:1 Sessions
After a successful consultation we can start 1:1 sessions to focus on the next step of the journey for living your life intentionally. That can look like setting goals and breaking them down into achievable chunks, offering tools to achieve those goals, or simply helping you maintain motivation when road blocks show up. These sessions are an hour long and can be virtual or in person depending on your preference and logistics.
